Consulting

PBIS implementation, MTSS/RTI systems, FBA/BIP development, evaluation workflow design, and caseload management — from a practicing school psychologist who has lived inside these systems.

Built by someone still in the building

I'm not a former practitioner who moved into consulting. I'm an active school psychologist managing a full evaluation caseload in a large Arizona district right now — and I build systems because I need them to survive my own workload. Every workflow I design and every tool I deploy has been tested against the same compliance deadlines, meeting schedules, and staffing realities your team faces.

The problem is infrastructure, not practitioners

The NASP Practice Model asks districts for two things: skilled practitioners, and the organizational conditions that let them practice. Most districts have the first and are failing the second. Caseloads tracked in spreadsheets. Evaluation timelines living in someone's memory. Data scattered across six logins. That isn't a practitioner problem — it's an infrastructure problem, and it's why good psychologists burn out doing compliance triage instead of comprehensive services. That infrastructure is what I build, and what I train teams to run themselves.

What I help with

Data-Based Decision Making

NASP Domain 1

CBM progress-monitoring systems, evaluation data workflows, and tools that turn scattered scores into defensible decisions.

Consultation & Collaboration

NASP Domain 2

Workflow design with your team, in-house auditing systems, and staff training so the systems actually get used.

Behavioral Systems

NASP Domain 4

FBA/BIP development, ABC data-collection systems, and behavior pathway planning that fits a real school day.

School-Wide Systems

NASP Domain 5

MTSS/RTI structures, PBIS implementation, and district-scale caseload management that can run entirely inside your network.

How engagements work

On-Site Intensive

Tier 1

Multi-day, in-district. Workflow audit, system design, and hands-on staff training — leave with a running system and a team that knows how to use it.

Virtual Consulting

Tier 2

Hourly, remote. Workflow reviews, evaluation-system tune-ups, tool configuration, and ongoing support.

Custom Tool Builds

Tier 3

A purpose-built tool designed around your district's actual procedures.

Your data stays yours

Every system I build can be deployed as a fully offline, in-network tool. No cloud vendor, no third-party data processor, no student records leaving your network. For districts navigating FERPA and state student-privacy laws — including California's strict data-minimization and use-restriction requirements — that removes the hardest questions before they're asked.
